Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. At this time, there is no fee for late cancellations; however, repeat cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
  • Please call or text as soon as you know you need to change your time.

Tip: You’ll receive confirmations and reminders—reply to those messages to adjust your appointment.

Refunds

Payments for services are non-refundable once a session has been provided. Massage therapy results vary by individual; refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes.

  • Refunds are only considered for billing errors or duplicate charges.
  • Submit refund requests in writing within 14 days of purchase.

Prepaid Packages & Gift Certificates

  • All sales of prepaid packages, promotions, and gift certificates are final.
  • Gift certificates are for services (not cash) and do not expire in Florida.
  • Certificates may be transferred to another person with management approval.

Services and pricing may change over time; your certificate retains its value.

Special Considerations

  • If you cannot continue a prepaid package for medical reasons, we may transfer the remaining balance to other services or consider a partial refund.
  • Insurance/third-party billing, when approved, may affect refund eligibility.
Do you charge a late cancellation fee?

Not currently. We may add a fee in the future; if we do, this page will be updated and you’ll see it during booking.

Can I transfer my gift certificate to someone else?

Yes, with management approval. Please contact us and we’ll take care of it.
